A set of specialized software applications to facilitate and automate daily operations in the warehouse

This makes the work in the warehouse efficient and easy, and allows that the losses, that are occuring during the various warehouse processes, to minimize. In addition, the purpose of the system is a timely and complete delivery of the goods to the customers.

Loupe WMS

This is achieved on that way, where the Loupe WMS provides the information on the exact location of each product in the warehouse, the exact time when performing the re-orders for the replenishment, as well as on the quantity and the type of the goods.

For the company, these things are actually optimizing the stock, while for the customer this means that his order of goods can get faster, without the re-order or the amendments of mistakes during the delivery.

The Loupe WMS is used to control and monitor the transfer and storage of the goods in the warehouse. The system includes a number of processes, that are important during the delivery, receipt, inventory, repositioning of goods in the warehouse, the goods conversion from one form of packaging to another, the commissioning, the location amendments, the return of goods from the customer, the integration with other systems, the supply chain, etc.

The receipt of goods

The Loupe WMS provides a simple process for handling of the delivery that has arrived in the warehouse. This process can be adapted to the different needs of different companies, and its essence is to ensure that all deliveries to the warehouse are handled in a proper way, in order to minimize the losses and save time.

The tracking of the stock

The Loupe WMS allows to the users to track the "movement" of each type of goods in the warehouse, starting from its receipt, through the various prestorages, the commissioning, to the issuing of the goods to the end user. This ensures that the Head of warehouse may at any time to know, at which sites there are not enough goods and requires the filling of the warehouse, to do the orders, in order to avoid the bottlenecks in the delivery of goods. In this way, it optimizes the storage space and ensures that the resources are also organized, to allow for comfortable movement of goods through the warehouse and from the warehouse.

The optimal positioning

The Loupe WMS allows to the users to create an efficient way of preserving of various products in stock, in a way that takes into account the various factors, such as for example the demand for the goods, or the weight of the goods. Thanks to this function, the warehouse is organized in such a way, that those products which are heavier, or have the more frequent issuing, to be located closer to the storage front door, for faster processing of orders. This ensures the optimization of movement in the warehouse, and minimizing the time of the issuing of the goods.

The documentations

The Loupe WMS automates the most different processes, eliminating the need for paper documents is cumbersome, thus saving the cost of paper and the storage of paper documents. In addition, each user in accordance with its powers can see the data that are essential for its part of the job and can create the instant reports and the electronic documents, for which there is a need in a very short period. The printed electronic paper certainly is an option.

The choice of goods and delivery

The Loupe WMS ensures that the product with the appropriate expiration date, in accordance with the defined business rules (LIFO, FIFO or FEFO), is proposed for delivery during the work, on an order for the release of the goods. In this way ensures that the right delivery will delivered to the right customers at the right time. With this accuracy, the errors that occur during the transport of delivery are avoiding, ensuring the much more efficient and optimal transport system.

The customer service

The Loupe WMS improves the overall service to the customers, such as the orders are received and processed on time, and deliveries to the customers are delivered when the need arises for them. The quality of the service is providing to the company to retain the existing customers and to attract new ones.

The reports

The Loupe WMS allows the multiple monitoring, ranging from the monitoring the movement of goods by LOT, work order, production date, expiration date, serial number, SSCC code, package and pallet, customer, warehouse, warehouse location, etc.  In addition, the eStorage can provide the answers to questions such as: What percentage of storage is used extensively? Do you need to think about the expanding of the storage capacity? Do you need to think about the smaller warehouse? How many different transactions each employee is done per unit of time (day, hour, week…)? Can you think of the decreasing of the number of employees? In what way you can optimize the trajectory of the movement of employees at the warehouse, in order to save time? All these ways of tracking goods can be expanded and modified, in accordance with the requirements of the company, customers, legal framework and the other requirements.

The data exchange with ERP system

The synchronization with Loupe WMS system of all documents that are created in the ERP system. The basic function is that all documents, that are created in the ERP system, which is in any way related to the movement of goods through the warehouse and the status of goods in the warehouse, is synchronized with the eStorage system.

The set of documents, after processing by the Loupe WMS system, returns to the status Processed, Cancelled, Loaded etc. back to the ERP system for further financial – accounting treatment. This service uses a variety of ways to exchange data between the eStorage and ERP system, allowing you to create all documents at only one site (usually ERP companies), and later a variety of treatments, to move from one state to another, until the end of processing.

The mobile application

The basic idea is simplicity of use and minimizing the possibility of errors of the operator in the warehouse.

  • When it comes to receiving the goods, the mobile application itself drives the operator, where is free to leave the goods (in accordance with the defined storage policies), in which the receiving location is the goods that can be stored on any order, how much of the goods has remained for the storage according to some order etc.
  • When it comes to dispatch, the mobile application itself states the operator that the goods should be removed for shipping, with which series and LOT (according to LIFO, FIFO or FEFO method), from which location, on which dispatch location to prepare the goods, how much and what goods remain for the shipment by some order etc.
  • When it comes to commissioning of the goods, the application itself informs the operator, what are commission locations are critical with the conditions of inventories, with which the goods are to be filled and with which series and LOT need to be filled (possibly from which location should be filled the commission locations).
  • When it comes to the inventory of the goods, the application offers the possibility of so-called “rapid inventory” (i.e. comparing the actual condition of the goods at locations and series with the logic state), as well as a large inventory (i.e. a list from scratch, with a blank inventory lists). The entire inventory is mostly limited to the scanning and pressing of the processing button.

The desktop application

The desktop application, designed for the head of the warehouse and to the other high-level structures, represents a kind of control application, where you can see all the operations of the operator at each time point, you can see all documents (processed and unprocessed), which are obtained by synchronization with ERP, there are defined the warehouses, the warehouse location, the type of warehouse locations, changing of the data of the items, performing of the insight into the stock lists, performs an insight into the location of all or individual (filtered) packages and pallets, shall be insight of the movement (input - reallocation - output - return) and a range of the packages in a unit of time. In addition, through this application, the head of the warehouse can filter out the certain specific tasks of warehouse operators, to supervise the situation in the warehouse locations, that corrects the warehouse documents against the actual condition of the goods in a warehouse, in relation to the ERP condition, to perform the various checks on various filters (SSCC, date of manufacture, expiration date, series, location, lack, inventory, quarantine, expiry, damage…). He can also create the PDF, EXCEL, WORD, OPEN DOCUMENT various types of documents, related to the warehouse, as well as to print them.
