Main responsibilities and duties:
- Diagnostics of hardware/software problems and solving them
- Troubleshooting, setup and configuration of computers, networks and network devices
- Installation of the OS and supporting software
- Maintenance and management of all parts of the system, as well as providing technical support to users
- Cooperation with the procurement sector
- Licensing
- Preparation of proposals and reports for the purchase of IT equipment and software within the current standards of the company
- Management of documentation by the prescribed procedures, and other activities as ordered by the manage
Required Qualifications:
General terms:
- Minimum IV degree of vocational education in technical direction
- Minimum of one year of work experience in IT technical support
- Knowledge of computer hardware and IT equipment
- Knowledge of computer networks
