Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Diagnostics of hardware/software problems and solving them
  • Troubleshooting, setup and configuration of computers, networks and network devices
  • Installation of the OS and supporting software
  • Maintenance and management of all parts of the system, as well as providing technical support to users
  • Cooperation with the procurement sector
  • Licensing
  • Preparation of proposals and reports for the purchase of IT equipment and software within the current standards of the company
  • Management of documentation by the prescribed procedures, and other activities as ordered by the manage

Required Qualifications:


General terms:

  • Minimum IV degree of vocational education in technical direction
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in IT technical support
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and IT equipment
  • Knowledge of computer networks
  • He knows English
  • Driver's licence B category
  • Expressed energy, initiative and willingness to learn
