The Dot Peen marking systems

The fully programmable PinStamp systems for marking, with one or more pins, are based on the original Telesis patented system of the „floating pin“.

The ''floating pin'' system

The pneumatic driven and returned metal pin, permanently prints the marks on the surface to be marked, with either dotted or continuous line characters – even the logos, diagrams or 2D codes.

Since the marking pin ''swims'' at a constant drive and return air pressure, the surface unevenness of up to 6 mm, can overcome easily. The power of marking is controlled by the air pressure, so it can be “adapted” to suit almost to every application.

The PinStamp models

The Telesis manufactures over 10 different types of flexible Pinstamp models. They are very cost effective in a wide range of applications, either as a standalone machine or on the production line.

1. The Integrated/Stationary PinStamp systems

The Telesis adaptive PinStamp systems are very flexible and can be used in a wide range of applications, from the stationary system, to the automatic on-line marking on the fast production lines.

2. The Handheld PinStamp systems

These are the systems, which are primarily designed for the applications, where it is necessary the portable and efficient solution for marking. Also, they can work on the lines, or as a stationary solution, because of its flexibility and compact size.

3. The Special PinStamp systems

The Telesis special PinStamp systems are extremely flexible and specially are developed, in order to satisfy the wide range of customer’s requirements for special applications of the permanent marking of the metal.
